Huading Tropical Juice Separation Equipment Mango Passion Fruit Processing 30kW Decanter Line

A tropical juice plant rarely fails because of one machine. It fails when pumps, pipework, decanter and controls are bought separately and never quite match each other. The Huading tropical juice separation module solves that problem by delivering the whole separation stage as a tested skid: feed pump, LW520 decanter, cake handling conveyor, valves, instrumentation and a single PLC cabinet, all mounted on one frame and run tested together before shipment.

The module is sized for 20 to 35 cubic metres per hour, which covers mid sized mango and passion fruit lines as well as multi fruit plants that switch between crops. Because the skid arrives pre piped and pre wired, installation usually takes two to three days instead of several weeks, and commissioning can be completed during a short gap between harvest seasons.

• One supplier for the whole stage: pump, decanter, conveyor and controls are matched, tested and documented by a single team, removing the interface risk that causes most commissioning delays.
• Single recipe control: the PLC stores recipes for mango, passion fruit and mixed pulp, so changeover is a touch screen selection rather than a series of manual valve and speed adjustments.
• 3000 G clarification at high flow: the 520 mm bowl holds capacity at 20 to 35 cubic metres per hour without losing clarity as feed solids rise during peak ripeness.
• Automatic torque and differential control: the control system trims the scroll differential in response to bowl torque, protecting the gearbox during surges while keeping the cake dry.
• CIP integration: the skid includes cleaning pump connections, drain valves and a wash cycle sequence, so the entire stage is flushed and sanitised as one unit.
• Small footprint, fast install: the compact 5.2 metre skid fits a standard 6 metre bay and only needs power, water, CIP and product connections on site.
• Data ready: feed rate, bowl speed, torque, cake moisture trends and alarm history are logged and can be exported for traceability and continuous improvement work.

Product is drawn from the buffer tank by the variable speed feed pump and metered into the LW520 decanter. Inside the bowl, centrifugal force separates pulp solids from clarified juice; the scroll conveys solids along the beach for dewatering and discharges them onto the integrated conveyor. The PLC reads bowl torque, differential speed and flow, then adjusts pump speed and differential to hold the target clarity. Clarified juice leaves under pressure and is routed straight to the next stage of the line.

This module is used for mango puree and mango juice clarification, passion fruit juice processing, mixed tropical pulp lines, guava and pineapple pulp treatment, and for plants that run several fruit campaigns per year and need quick changeover between them.

The skid is shipped as a single seaworthy package with rust preventive treatment, moisture barrier wrapping and internal bracing, plus a separate crate for instruments and the HMI. Documents include P and ID drawings, electrical schematics, PLC backup, operation and maintenance manuals, CE declaration and material certificates. Site installation supervision and operator training are available.
