The HLSEP HL-DOS8000B disc oil separator centrifuge is specifically engineered for the demanding conditions of biodiesel production, providing high-efficiency glycerin separation from crude biodiesel after transesterification. With SS316L chemical-grade construction, 11kW drive motor, and automatic sludge discharge, this centrifuge integrates seamlessly into continuous biodiesel production lines for commercial-scale operations.
The HL-DOS8000B is designed for direct integration between the transesterification reactor and biodiesel washing stages. Processing 8000L/H of crude biodiesel, the centrifuge rapidly separates the glycerin-rich phase, reducing downstream water washing requirements and minimizing methanol recovery load. The automatic sludge discharge maintains consistent separation performance by preventing soapstock accumulation in the bowl, reducing maintenance downtime by over 70% compared to manual-clean designs.
