The HLSEP HL-DOS10000 disc oil separator centrifuge delivers 10000L/H processing capacity specifically optimized for heavy fuel oil purification in marine engine rooms and power generation facilities. With a robust 15kW industrial motor and SS304 bowl construction, this centrifuge achieves exceptional water and solids removal from HFO, MDO, and blended fuel oils per ISO 8217 specifications.
The HL-DOS10000 features a heated oil inlet manifold and temperature-controlled separation loop to maintain optimal 98°C separation temperature for heavy fuel oil. The integrated sludge space with manual discharge handles catalyst fines and asphaltenic sludge accumulation, with recommended cleaning intervals of 8-24 operating hours depending on fuel quality. Compatible with both purifier (water seal) and clarifier (solids removal) configurations.
