Centrifugal Separation Technology
The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids move outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquids form concentric inner layers. The interface position between phases can be adjusted for optimal separation efficiency. Special disc plates accelerate the process by providing additional settling surface area, enabling continuous separation of various solids from liquids.
2-Phase Separation Disc Stack Centrifuge
Separation occurs inside a rotating bowl where feed enters via a stationary inlet pipe. The distributor ensures smooth acceleration before the mixture enters the disc stack. Liquid phases move through the disc stack to the center and are pumped out via a built-in paring disc. Solids collect in the periphery and discharge intermittently through a hydraulic system that opens solids ports at preset intervals.
3-Phase Separation Disc Stack Centrifuge
Suspension enters the separator bowl through a feeding pipe into the disc stack. Heavy phases and sludge move toward the bowl periphery while light phases flow toward the center for pumping. Heavy phases are led to a chamber and pumped out via a paring device. Solids collect in the sludge space and discharge intermittently through a hydraulic system, exiting the centrifuge via a cyclone.
