Centrifugal Separation Technology
Disc stack separators utilize high centrifugal forces to continuously separate solids and liquid phases. Denser solids move outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquids form concentric inner layers. The disc stack configuration accelerates separation efficiency, enabling continuous processing of various solids from liquids.
2-Phase Separation Process
Separation occurs within a rotating bowl where feed enters via a stationary pipe, accelerates in the distributor, and enters the disc stack. Liquid phases move through the disc stack to the center and are pumped out, while solids collect in the periphery for intermittent discharge through a hydraulic system.
3-Phase Separation Process
Suspension enters the separator bowl through a feeding pipe into the disc stack. Heavy phases move toward the periphery while light phases flow toward the center. Solids collect in the sludge space for automatic intermittent discharge via hydraulic system.
