Continuous Industrial Soy Milk Production Separation Clarification Equipment 15000L H PLC Skid

A modern soy milk factory runs continuously: soak, grind, cook, separate, clarify, blend, sterilize and fill, with the clarification stage holding the whole line to its design flow. If the separator needs frequent manual cleaning or produces drifting clarity, the packaging line starves. The Huading continuous soy milk skid is built for that duty, pairing a 15000 litre per hour self cleaning separator with matched feed and discharge pumps, instrumentation and a PLC that keeps the stage stable for twenty hours between full ejections.

The module is delivered pre assembled, wired and tested, so on site it needs only utilities, product connections and a commissioning window. Recipes for standard soy milk, low fat soy milk and blended plant based drinks are stored in the controller, and the operator can switch product by selecting a recipe rather than re tuning the machine by hand.

• Continuous duty design: twenty hours of stable operation between full ejections means the clarification stage never becomes the bottleneck in a continuous soy milk line.
• Closed loop clarity control: an inline turbidity sensor feeds the PLC, which adjusts ejection frequency and feed rate to hold the target clarity instead of relying on a fixed timer.
• Matched pumps and instruments: feed pump, discharge pump, flow meter, pressure and temperature transmitters are sized and tested with the separator so the skid behaves as one machine.
• Recipe control for product changeover: soy milk, low fat soy milk and blended beverage settings are stored, so changeover is a two minute operation instead of a manual re tuning exercise.
• Sanitary flow path: SS316L contact parts, orbital welds and fully drainable piping support a validated cleaning routine and pass food safety audits.
• Energy efficient drive: the 22 kW main motor and optimised bowl hydraulics keep specific energy consumption low at full flow, which matters in a plant running three shifts.
• Traceability built in: flow, pressure, turbidity, ejection count and alarm history are logged and exportable, supporting batch records and continuous improvement.

Soy milk from the cooking stage is pumped at a controlled rate into the self cleaning bowl and accelerated to 6500 rpm. Inside the disc stack, fine solids move outwards under 6800 G while clarified soy milk flows inwards to the centripetal pump and out at 0.25 MPa. Sludge accumulates in the peripheral space and is ejected partially on a turbidity or time based trigger, with a full ejection at the end of the production campaign. The PLC adjusts feed and ejection strategy to keep both clarity and throughput on target.

The skid is used in industrial soy milk plants, in plants producing soy based beverages and desserts, and in multi product factories running oat, rice and nut milks on the same line. It also suits soy protein and soy base concentrate production where stable clarification ahead of sterilization is critical.

The skid is shipped as a single seaworthy package with rust preventive protection, moisture barrier wrapping and internal bracing, plus a separate crate for the control panel and instruments. Documents include P and ID drawings, electrical schematics, PLC and HMI backups, calibration certificates, operation and maintenance manuals, CE documentation and material certificates. Commissioning and operator training are included in the standard scope when required.
