Product description
Due to the limitation of the growth temperature of bacillus, in order not to damage the bacillus cells, the separation should be kept as low as possible; due to the high-speed rotation of the separator bowl, friction with the air will generate a lot of heat, causing the internal temperature of the separator to rise. The special disc separator for Bacillus is equipped with a cooling jacket, and cold water can be passed into it to reduce the separation temperature. At the same time, the separator is gentle during separation, which greatly eliminates the influence of shearing force on the cells.
