Our algae harvest disc separator has two types: solid ejecting type for low concentration of algae liquid, and nozzle type for high concentration of algae liquid. Both types of separators can reach 10000rpm/min at the fastest, providing huge centrifugal force to ensure the separation effect. Special treatment on the bowl reduces the effect of the shear force on the algae cell wall, ensuring the activity of the algae.

After the disc separator reaches its working speed, the algae liquid enters the bowl from the top of the centrifuge.
